10 ways to survive final's week

Image
Hey guys, welcome back! Finals week is in 2 weeks, which means it's time to get your sh!t together and study, study, study. Because we all know how difficult finals week is, I decided that I should put together the 10 top ways to deal and survive final's week.  1. Plan ahead  The sad thing about final's week is the fact that literally, everything is due within that one week. All of your last assignments, projects, exams, and presentations are due in that week. So if you don't plan and work ahead, you're literally going to kill yourself and I don't mean to over exaggerate, but that's just the harsh truth. The thought of going was unbearable and I cried for 10 whole minuted prior to forcing myself to go inside. I ended up realizing that constant worry, over planning, difficulty focusing, on edge feelings, etc were all ways that a generalized social anxiety disorder manifested itself into my life. Anxiety and other mental illnesses show themselves differently in different people, and dealing with it a

Before you're drowning in just about everything college-wise, I wanted to share with you a few ways that you can relax and unwind before sh!t hits the fan. 1. Take a much needed nap Personally, for me, napping has a powerful way of making me relax. And to be honest, when you nap, all those assignments and stress magically disappear, even if it's just for a few hours. So make sure to nap where ever you can, honestly, it doesn't matter where you nap as long as you do it.  2. Reading for pleasure  I know reading is often associated with assignments and school in general, but trust me, if you pick up a book that interests you, it won't feel like another assignment. Besides reading has a way of taking your mind off of things, they temporarily help you forget about all your stress. 3. Exercise  I know
